  i purchased a machine from them a few years ago. it broke last yr i brought it in for repair. i purchased another machine while in repair when the machine was done i picked it up and paid 49.19 brought it home and stuck it in the closet as i was using my brothers i bought. i recently went to use the babylock for a thicker peace of fabric and the same broken issue is still there.i called. brought the machine in today. lady was rude. blamed me. talked to me like i was a child. told me they wouldnt charge me if they didnt fix it. well i found my charge in my bank. they may of messed up and not even fixed my machine and sent it home on accident. admit your mistake and fix my machine. instead they were rude and accused me of breaking the machine and lying to her. and wanted to charge me again. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ..not to mention its under warranty
