  I received an estimate to have my chimney cleaned and inspected, and to have a leak repaired. After I agreed to the price, Bob said they would be in my area later that week and he would call to schedule the work. Two weeks passed with no word from them. I called them again and set up a definite date for them to do the work. On that day they called at 8:15 am to verify I was here because they were on their way. I waited ALL day and they never showed up or even called to explain why.
