  We have been duped by Ashley twice. Purchased a coach and an extended warranty/insurance package filed an insurance claim for some scratches that showed up on the couch claim denied. Waste of $90 for insurance. Bought a table in 05/2017 suppossedly with a factory 1 year warranty table bubbled in joints tech came and said no problem it wasnt sealed right at the factory we will replace the table top. Now all of a sudden we are not. If you buy from Ashley do so understanding you get 90 days use before it is useless.

  My wife and I went into Ashley furniture this evening to look at a living room and a bedroom set for purchase. We found something we liked at Rooms To Go but decided to look one more place--Ashley furniture. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesperson names Ashley (ironically) she was extremely rude and tried several times to walk away from us when we asked her questions. She proceeded to trash Rooms To Go and their quality of furniture and said "you get what you pay for." We asked her to show us her best items for living room and she showed us a couch with coil springs and horrible stitching. She proceeded to tell us that foam wears out and springs don't break. Absolutely horrible service. I will pay for cheaper merchandise for better service any day of the week! Unfortunately I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.
