  I went in trying to return some stuff that I bought back in August of 2017. The manager Steve got an attitude with me saying that he couldn’t take back the comforter because the tag was torn off and that the sheets would be hard to find because I bought them on sale. I have worked for BBB for over two years and my store takes back any product no matter how long you have had it or what condition it is in. I went online and found the sheet and the comforter myself and told him that I found them and he still said he couldn’t return them.

  Cashier was super rude! She was sarcatic and she rolled her eyes multiple times. She raised her voice at one point when we asked if we could use a coupon. I'm not the kind of person to complain about a store, but when a cashier is rude to one customer and very nice to the customer behind them, there's a problem. I know her name and i remember exactly what she looks like; not because she gave us good customer service but because she gave the complete opposite. That's not a way to treat any customer that is smiling at you and being kind. Yes, this is the Turkey Creek location!
