  Bought a HIGH dollar mattress and box set on 11/6/17. A deep and long sag came in the foam on one side. Contacted them and sent pictures. This happened around the 60 day mark, Was told to go online and file a claim Well claim form would not pull up for a few days. Finally got it through our sales lady and still no one has been out to look at it or has called. Cant even sleep on mattress. They got $$ and don't care now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
