  Black Oak Plaza is a place where you can find several unique mom and pop shops. And we all know that these types of stores are where the truly special gyms are located. There's a specialty shoe shop, Furniture type hand-me-down store, a UPS Store, a Sally's Beauty Supplies, a place where you can get your tan on, and several other very unique stores. There's also a jewelry store that's been the heart of the Halls Crossroads area for over 50 years. Stop in, drive through it, and see one of the shop owners. This area is in the process of being revitalized and every one of those small businesses would appreciate a visit. The big Kmart will be shutting down and reducing some of their traffic soon.
