  The single most important quality of any business, in my opinion, is how they treat their customers. Calloway's has made me feel important from day one. The staff at Calloway's consistently take the time to not only extend an especially high level of service, but also to detail their selections and explain their repair process with the heart of a teacher. I would recommend this fine local business to anyone looking for truly good, honest customer service and the highest quality lamps along with repairs done at reasonable prices. I took my chandelier there to get restored last month and I'm reminded every day of why I'm such a loyal customer of Calloway's.

  I abolsultely LOVE to come to Calloway's Lamp & Shade. I am a fan of vintage lamps, and have taken many here to be rewired and repaired. Rob, Julie, and Marcia have a passion for lamps, and are so much fun. They are enthusiastic about helping you find the right lamp shade, in size, color, and shape. They are not afraid to spend time with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I have always received excellent customer service here, and look forward to my next visit.
