  I'm done with this company. They installed a pump for a downstairs half bath. Had to dig up some concrete slab and did a horrible job pouring concrete back in. When I questioned it, I was told that concrete pouring isn't really what they do. Then the pump went out our fault. Someone came out to look at it and did not let me know at all what he was going to do until he had already put in a new pump and charged me an additional $400. If that was what was necessary, I understand that...I just would've liked to have been informed beforehand. Now today my appointment was canceled with 45 minutes notice after I had already asked off work because the scheduler didn't allow enough time for my work to be done and they had a lot of emergencies due to the weather. I scheduled the appointment over a week ago. Done!

  8/29/16 called cedar bluff plumbing. the tech was great. the price was great. we could not be more satisfied. would use them again. rate them A1. the lady on the phone that answered my call was great. five stars
