  I highly recommend Concord Watch Clock & Jewelry. I have a grandfather clock purchased in 1991. I never had maintenance on the clock, not realizing it was necessary. When the chimes started to drag, I found CWC&J and was impressed with their rating. Steve Hirschhaut removed the 'innards', performed the needed maintenance, returned the "innards" and put it back together. I found the time and cost very reasonable. I saw a 1 star rating based on how long it took to fix and I have to address it. The length of time to repair a clock depends on what's wrong with it, parts availability and work load. There is no set time for repair of an item. I would rather have them keep my item longer, knowing I am getting an excellent repair with a reputable and extremely knowledgeable person than have a 1 or 2 day that doesn't last. Thanks Steve!
