  My husband and I reviewed security systems, and initially chose a different company. We received the system in the mail, and after trying to install it ourselves, decided it was just too complicated. We’d been seeing CPI in TV. We called and spoke to one of your representatives, and were quite impressed. Installation of the system was very prompt. Sean McElroy was our installer, and we cannot say enough good things about him. He called to tell us he was on the way; he surveyed our home and talked to us enough to understand our lifestyle. Then he made suggestions he felt would best serve our needs, and explained why. He did NOT try to talk us into unnecessary items, which was so refreshing and totally appreciated. He thoroughly explained the system and assisted with my iPhone app. We have a daughter who lives in Knoxville and is a real estate agent, taking her test later this month, to become a broker. I will highly recommend that she contact Sean, and have him discuss CPI with her - we are that impressed with him, and so far, the company.
