  If you can avoid CVS (and especially the one on the corner of Merchants and Clinton) do it. Every time I go to refill my prescription there is a problem. When I call the pharmacy to request the refill, they act as though everything is fine and the meds should be ready as scheduled. I go to pick them up days later and learn they are out of stock or there is some issue with insurance or the doctor. It's always something stupid (but in some way related to the fact that they don't keep my medince in stock) that I could have cleared up ahead of time if only they had told me when I first called to have the meds filled. But they never let me know about the problem until I'm there actually trying to pick up the prescription. I have twice now been forced to drive across town to different CVS locations trying to get my hands on my prescription. They are super unapologetic and frankly not helpful. If I weren't obligated for insurance reasons to go to CVS, I would find a different pharmacy ASAP.

  The service here has been atrocious. And sadly it was not limited to this CVS, the stores just do not seem to be able to communicate. But the wait for any kind of service has been unacceptable at this store specifically. I will not be using the CVS pharmacy again at all.
