  Delivered a load of Nichiha cement board here on Friday July 21. Arrived at 0745. I was the first one in line to be unloaded. Was completely untarped and ready by 0810 (receiving hours begin at 0800). That's when they started loading one of their delivery trucks. Most sensible, well-run building materials companies will load their trucks an hour or two before their "receiving hours" begin. Not these guys. Workers are slow. At one point there were 4 delivery trucks waiting to be unloaded (3 more after me). The fact that there were delivery trucks backed up so far we were blocking their gate didn't seem to phase them. No sense of urgency whatsoever. They also do this weird thing where one worker rides as a standing passenger on the lift. This causes them to drive even slower! I'm sure OSHA would have a cow...
