  We bought two sets of cabinets over the years from Dixie Kitchen. Both purchases before the Internet, so we just had to deal with the terrible service. They were a week or two late the first time we placed an order, which is understandable. The next time they were at least a month late. Their comment was "well, you can cancel, but it is just going to make it that much longer for you to get cabinets". I asked for a discount, they said no way. They knew they had us and didn't care. I guess at the time they figure word of mouth was a relative few people. Now with the Internet, hopefully I can warn many more people that they should seriously consider purchasing from some one else. I wish I could give them a negative score. Maybe they are better now, but my experience was horrible.
