  I promised myself I would never return to this store after the poor attitude and lack of service after the sale I experienced in the past. Little concern for you after they've hammered you on the purchase price. I went seeking a part recently. After roaming around the showroom for a few minutes and seeing no one, I went up to the nice lady at the front desk, who directed me thru the double doors in the back. Seemed odd, and when I went thru the doors, I felt like I had entered a section that should be for employees only. The folks there looked at me like I had three heads, and when I asked about a part, they replied that they didn't stock many parts. That was it! No suggestions of where to go, or offer of help. I guess they are one of the fortunate few, retail establishments that do not have to worry about customer service. Shocked this place is still around.
