  Lillian Ruth Bride was my first bridal appointment experience ever. From the conversation over the phone confirming my appointment to the moment we left the store with my 2 dream gown ordered, my experience was pure magic. Liz met me with excitement when I walked in the salon and helped me hand pick every dress to try. She was unbelievably knowledgeable about fabrics, silhouettes, designers, etc. and made the process effortless and fun for my group and I. After an hour and a half I had already found my perfect reception dress and ceremony dress. The small and intimate feel of the store was so much more personal than other salons in Knoxville and gave me the true bridal exclusivity I wanted. Liz took the time to try multiple veils, accessories, and anything else under the sun my entourage wanted to see! I couldn’t ask for anything more and I can’t wait to see my perfect gowns again!
