  I bought my new bed on 11/26. I was told by John, the manager, that it could definitely be delivered by the next day, possibly that day. I had not really planned on buying just yet and the room where it was going wasn't ready, so I chose 12/1 as my delivery date. On 11/30 John called and the base would not be ready until 12/6. Really? I chose 12/7 as the new delivery date. Because of the delay, John promised to add 2 free pillows to my order. The bed arrived on 12/7 without the pillows. They were nowhere on the order. I called John and he said that he put them on there but I could come by the store at any time and pick them up. When I got a chance to go by, I was told that John had moved to another store and they could do nothing to help me because it still was not on my order. I also was not told about different adjustable frames that I might have chosen as there is one that saves some positions. The pillows are no big deal. I will never return and would never recommend this store because of the poor service and the lies. The delivery team was fantastic.

  Vic really made the whole experience for us there enjoyable. He was very helpful in the helping us decide which mattress would be best for us, and I never felt once that I was being pressured to buy a certain mattress. He communicated with us the entire time and truly made our process there an enjoyable one. I ended up buying a really great mattress that I otherwise would've looked over if it wasn't for Vic. Great store, and great experience!
