  This is the best repairs in Knoxville. The most important thing is they are honest and don't try to switch diamonds on u like a lot of these jewellers do. There was no finer people than Mr and Mrs pardon. The staff there is great and knows their customers by name.

  Excellent jeweler. Nice people, family owned, and they do a great job. I've bought my wife's engagement ring from here along with my wedding ring, had a custom ring made, gotten different jewelry pieces cleaned and repaired and it all was at a fair price. I've been really pleased with Pardon's and would strongly suggest checking them out before you buy from another store.
