  They have an amazing selection of makeup in their store and mostly everything stays in stock. However, the environment is INCREDIBLY NEGATIVE and you're followed around the store and hovered around from the second you walk in until you leave. My friends and I have recieved looks as if we're going to steal from them and continuously ask us if we're having trouble every five minutes. The associates can be very unkind and half of them never know what you're asking about unless you go into the store for a single purpose. I go into Sephora to swatch makeup and find my right tone and leave so I don't have to deal with the associates any longer than necessary. I'll stick to online and Ulta.

  Not sure why this store has such bad reviews. Went a few days ago and everyone I spoke with was very nice. Jessie helped me and she was awesome. Nice, patient, answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect shade and brand for me.
