  Typically, this store is pretty good. The most recent experience was not the best. It's not ALL just the store, but yesterday we came in and upgraded two lines getting new screen protectors and a new case as well. So we spent over $200. Well, they were transferring our data. One phone was done in 30-45 minutes. Mine was taking a little longer. Apparently the store system started an update while my phone was transferring from the old one to the new one...after waiting an extra 20 minutes. So, the transfer doesn't work. I'm told I can come back today to do the transfer that someone will be here until 8:00. I don't get off work until 6:00/6:30, so that was fine. I was told the phones would be sent out Tuesday morning (tomorrow). I had business related text messages and contacts that I needed, as well as over 2,000 photos from the last 2.5 years. I come in to do the transfer and I'm told that even though my old phone was set aside it has already been sent back. They are just very lucky that my photos happened to transfer in the middle of the night somehow. It's not in very good business to be untruthful with people...I don't know whose fault it was that my old phone was sent back, but I lost business contacts that I cannot get back and that costs me money. VERY unhappy customer!

  I went to their store last to talk to someone about switching from Verizon. I was in the store a good five minutes and didn't get any attention whatsoever. They had customers at the counter for sure but nobody said "be right with you" or even made eye contact. Also there was this movie playing on the store TV that had some f bombs in it, which was great because I had my little sister with me.

  Walked in and waited an hour to get help. Then was told I needed my I.D when I have never been asked for my I.D to add a line to my prepaid account. I went to get my I.D came back 5 minutes later and am now waiting again. Very slow. Been here for 2 1/2 hours and still waiting.....
