  Im not one to leave bad reviews for places but I just had the worst experience from a rude employee working in the photo area. My husband and I were trying to print out a couple 5x7 prints of our wedding photos that a friend of ours had taken at our wedding to give to my grandmother as a Christmas present. There's no copyright to them considering that it was a friend that literally stuck them on a flash drive for me. I was on the phone with my mother talking to her and the employee, Terry, comes up to me and rudley interrupts my phone call to tell me that I am not allowed to print off my prints. I nicely said please hold on a second because my mother was talking to me & Terry proceeded to raise her voice and said the same thing louder so I could hear her over my mother. Completely uncalled for. I then tried to explain to her that it wasn't professional prints, just some wedding photos from a friend and she proceeded to say that we were not allowed to print them off. So please tell me how the heck I'm supposed to print out pictures from a cell phone then huh Terry?? My mother has been a photographer for 15 years so I understand copyright laws, and I understand that they need to be careful with what they allow printed.. but this is just pictures taken with a professional camera by our friend. Taking my business elsewhere and hoping that this complaint will help make a difference in the customer service at this store. Other than that, the young lady at the door was nice and welcoming. Praise her.
